Mochi, Japanese glutinous rice cake, has become a popular sweets in Europe in recent years. In this workshop, you will learn how to make traditional mochi with your choice of fillings. After that, we will show you how to enjoy the mochi with homemade houjicha (Japanese roasted green tea).
